Tackling Health Inequalities
Health, care, and wellbeing inequalities are the unfair, systematic and avoidable differences in health between different ethnic and socio-economic groups in our society.
Our goal
We want to make wellness and healthcare services accessible and ensure that participants from disadvantaged groups have similar opportunities as those who can afford preventive care.
Preventive Care
By making consistent efforts to replace harmful habits, you can unlock a healthier and longer life. We’re here to guide, support and encourage you every step of the way, but the power to embrace positive change lies within you.
